As an entrepreneur, he founded multiple companies, including Banking Concepts AG, Search Concepts AG, and digitalconcepts.io. In 2017 and 2018, he co-authored a study by TA-Swiss on the impact of blockchain technology on Switzerland, and was a contributor to the new Swiss DLT legislation. With trustwise.io, he aims to leverage the economic potential of blockchain technology.

He holds a degree from Masaryk University in Brno and boasts international and multicultural experience, fluent in multiple languages. With 14 years of experience in IT and before joining trustwise, Michal has specialised in complex web applications in the media and education sectors. At trustwise.io he coaches and supervises the IT team and serves as Deputy CEO. Michal places a strong emphasis on both user experience and sustainable architecture in his work.

With 20 years of experience in the field, he has a deep understanding of the development of new solution solutions and the optimization of processes and organizational structures. He is known for his strong management skills and ability to lead large, complex projects, utilizing new technologies to drive success.

Parallel to her studies she worked on a multi-lingual information extraction project for the financial industry. Tetiana contributed to a blockchain study for TA-Swiss and accompanied trustwise.io from the beginning. Today she works as a full-stack developer where she lately assumed responsibility for operations and customer support.
